My methodology
Based on my professional experience and business path over the last twenty years, and self-improvement, I have developed a flexible action methodology and a model for providing personalised consulting & coaching services, focusing on:
• HR strategy planning and its application, implementation of HR policies and systemic changes in a broad spectrum of Human Resources business areas
• Talent design, development and implementation through holistic L&D solutions focusing on each business area of an organisation enriched with fresh ideas and hybrid learning models
• Recruiting and on-boarding of candidates
• Consulting on practical solutions, as well as support structures for HR IT systems and software
• Creating successful teams, employee engagement, post-Covid-19 team adaptation etc.
Additionally, as an accredited "L7 Organization Designer & Development Practician" by CIPD, I specialise in organisational design corporate transformation in tackling the challenges of organisational change like Crisis Management & Culture Change, acquisitions, and mergers. As a graduate of the widely acclaimed "Coach U" school and a member of the ICF Global & Greek Chapter, I offer holistic coaching and Mentoring support to people, teams, their business, and their goals through Coaching and Mentoring.
I enrich my above approach by applying skills and methodology for personal, group development and upskilling utilising my experience from the performing arts, such as acting in theatre and directing and transforming this knowledge into powerful tools for the business world.
I also offer complete training solutions as a Facilitator and Trainer - Developer with renowned companies in human resources such as "Humanis HR Partners". We create unique educational and team experiences in various topics such as positive power and influence, effective presentation techniques using theatrical methodology, skills development and team building and individual Internal Coaching & Mentoring programs. So far, we have trained hundreds of executives in companies such as Kotsovolos, LIDL, Mytilineos etc.
My vision is to contribute in the most effective, authentic, and people-centric way to your needs and aspirations, breaking the barriers and with an open mindset. My goal is to help people achieve their best by sharing reliable practices and practical tools to help them connect with themselves and eventually make our lives and the world we share a better place for us and our children.
In this modern world, we have forgotten how to listen genuinely. I am here to change this and work with you as an active listener and coach with compassion.
