As a graduate of the widely acclaimed "Coach U" school and a member of the ICF Global & Greek Chapter, I offer holistic coaching and Mentoring support to people, teams, their business, and their goals through Coaching and Mentoring.

I enrich my above approach by applying skills and methodology for personal, group development and upskilling utilising my experience from the performing arts, such as acting in theatre and directing and transforming this knowledge into powerful tools for the business world.

I also offer complete training solutions as a Facilitator and Trainer - Developer with renowned companies in human resources such as "Humanis HR Partners". We create unique educational and team experiences in various topics such as positive power and influence, effective presentation techniques using theatrical methodology, skills development and team building and individual Internal Coaching & Mentoring programs. So far, we have trained hundreds of executives in companies such as Kotsovolos, LIDL, Mytilineos etc.
